Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 5–8 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Pet Essentials Hub is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
